«Bulletin NGIEI» is a periodic scientific publication devoted to actual problems of modern science, based on 10 August 2010.

The aim of the journal is to bring together graduate students, scientists, for the development of promising areas of science of the Russian Federation by writing articles about the latest developments and with the prospect of further practical application.

The journal is registered with the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of Telecom, information technologies and mass communications (Roskomnadzor) PI № FS77-52336 dated December 25, 2012

The publication is made to the international ISSN register and assigned international standard serial number publications (International standard serial number) 2227-9407.
